The mobility involves 32 participants from Italy, Portugal, Greece, Denmark, and North Macedonia. Bringing together youth workers, artists, and young people with fewer opportunities Q-EST 4 EU II aims to co-create a space for learning, expression, and empowerment of everyone involved in.
After the first edition of Q-Est 4 EU, this second chapter continues the journey by focusing on active cultural participation. Participants, aged between 18 and 27, are involved in creative workshops using tools from theatre (Somathic theatre and Commedia dell’arte), photography and participatory illustration.
In Q-EST 4 EU II, participants are not just taking part: they are active protagonists of the exchange and co-builders of the space in which they live. They choose which activity to engage in and contribute directly to the creation of a shared final result, working side by side with the Workshop leaders.
Artistic expression in this context becomes more than a personal journey. It is also a powerful social practice. It helps young people develop confidence, emotional literacy, and intercultural awareness, while activating a sense of group responsibility and collaborative learning, which are key elements of the community-building dimension of the project.
By combining art and education, Q-Est 4 EU II aims to strengthen the personal, social, and professional dimensions of each participant’s life.
